My first thoughts of what we did in Mexico now that I’m home…
I really felt that the people of Mexico saw God in us…and that they were drawn to this. I want to say that it was as a light, but it was more than that. The people were drawn to the Love! Everything we did – the music, the messages, the kids’ programs, the food, the dramas, and the dance – the people were drawn to what they saw coming from love in everything we did. Christ in us, the hope of Glory, the love shining from us and onto them.
That’s all I could think about on my way home. I remember the expressions, how they tried to thank us, how they were drawn to us. I don’t know if I have ever done anything as important as that.
Mission accomplished DC3. Well done!
I’ll write more later. Time for bed after the longest trip home. Everything looks and smells so good. Loved the trip, but also love being home!
