Senior Pastor
John Russell
Pastor John is the Senior Pastor at Downriver Christian Community Church. Prior to becoming the Senior Pastor, he served as an Assistant Pastor at DC3 and also worked for the City of Allen Park as a fireman. After serving as an Associate Pastor for several years, he left his position with the City of Allen Park to become Senior Pastor in 1991. Pastor John also leads the Praise and Worship Team at DC3. He and his wife Carolyn have four daughters and eight grandchildren.
Associate Pastor
Don Wolan
Pastor Don is the Associate Pastor at Downriver Christian Community Church. Prior to becoming the Associate Pastor, he worked for the City of Melvindale as a police officer. He left his position with the City of Melvindale in 1996 to join DC3 on a full-time basis. Pastor Don is also a member of the worship team, the overseer of the Young Adult and Youth Ministry Programs at DC3, and leads the Mission Team. He and his wife Laura have four children and nine grandchildren.
Elder
Ray Silva
Elder Ray Silva, his wife Sandra and son Sebastian have been attending DC3 for 17 years. Together, they share six granddaughters and four great granddaughters. Ray manages church policy and procedure, and gives spiritual council. He is head of security and prayer teams, a member of our worship team, an usher, and assists in teaching our young adult students. In his free time you can find him on the golf course.
Elder
Ken O'Rourke
Elder Kenny O'Rourke and his wife Debbie, have been members of DC3 for over 40 years. They have been married for 31 years and together they share four children, three bonus daughter in-laws and seven grandchildren. Ken is responsible for spiritual council, marriage counseling, and oversees our Wednesday night home group teachings at DC3. In his spare time, Ken loves to build, read, study the word of God, and spend time with his family.
Elder
Brian Wilkerson
Elder Brian Wilkerson and his wife Kristy have been members of DC3 for 26 years. Together, they share two children and seven grandchildren. Brian is an usher, a prayer team member, and the head of Sunday School, VBS and our Jr. and Sr. Youth groups. In his spare time, he loves catching a Michigan game, spending time with family, and working out.
Elder
John Clinton
Elder John Clinton and his wife Nancy have been members of DC3 for 38 years. Together they share five children, eleven grandchildren, and one great grandchild. John is responsible for overseeing the prayer ministry, and is always seeking to encourage others in strengthening their faith. In his free time, John loves to bowl, golf, and spend time with family.

Ed Medrano
Elder Edvardo Medrano and his wife Donna have been attending DC3 for over 39 years. Together they share four children and sixteen grandchildren. Ed is from Southwest Detroit and now resides in Melvindale. Ed is the head usher, a prayer team member, and home group leader. In his spare time, he loves watching sports, playing games, and entertaining friends at home with Donna, dinner included!
Deacon
Ed Lindlbauer
Deacon Ed Lindlbauer and his wife Jenny have been attending DC3 for many years. Together they share three daughters and two grandchildren. In his spare, time he loves spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
