Yo, yo, yo DC3! Mexico has been quite interesting.
Here is my rundown:
Day 1: All travel and rest, no real big things.
Day 2: We prepared for the week and had our first service at Pastor Jose’s church. The praise and worship was great. We performed some skits and had a great time of prayer.
Day 3: The men began some work at Pastor Jose’s church. Moving some bricks, making some mortar – you know the usual “easy” stuff. In the evening, we traveled to Las Blancas for a great service. Outside of being on the worship team, Pastor Don asked me to share my testimony. All of us had a blast.
Day 4: The men continued work at Pastor Jose’s church in the morning. For evening activities, we traveled to San Blas. After some confusion and interesting events, we had our service in front of many people in the plaza for the Nayarit, Mexico elections. Talk about a crowd.
Day 5: This is today. We had a great morning service at Pastor Jose’s church. Shortly, we are heading to a church in the complex we are staying for a service. I have been asked to help lead the service and share a teaching. So off we go…
The team is at the airport in Mexico waiting for their flight.
